Patrick Reynolds, Vice President & General Manager
Pat joined Advanced Machining in 2015 as a supervisor and quickly took on increasing responsibilities. He was promoted to Operations Manager in 2016, then to his present position of Vice President & General Manager in 2025. Pat’s machining background began with Framatome Connectors USA. He later worked at Vermont Aerospace and then moved to North Carolina, working as a Machinist and Production Manager — after a promotion — at Hi-Tech Machining. He then served as Production Manager at ECS Enterprises before joining Advanced. Pat has a degree in Manufacturing Engineering.
Paul Lutz, EDM and Maintenance Specialist
Paul began his career with Advanced Machining in 2014. He initially served as wire EDM operator, then gradually expanded his role to include CMM programmer/inspector. In his present role, he specializes in EDM and manages preventive maintenance and equipment repair. Paul gained great understanding of electrical discharge machining, particularly wire EDM, as a field service technician from 1998 to 2014 for GF Machining Solutions, a leading manufacturer of wire EDM equipment. Prior to that, he served as a petty officer third class in the US Navy.
Jeff Geoghan, Quality Manager
Jeff started at Advanced Machining in 2016 as a machinist, was promoted to Chief Inspector in 2018, and then named to his current position as Quality Manager in November 2019. He previously worked for ECS Enterprises as a machinist, quality manager, shop foreman, and lead for their 3D printing operations.
